& EVENTS & APPEARANCES

Little Ghosts Authors Elijah B. Wilder and Philip Rowan teamed up to represent queer rights, queer wrongs, and queer horrors in July—even though it wasn’t June! (The audacity!)

Black Walnut Books and Beldame Books continue to be the MVPs of queer indie fiction goodness and niceness this side of the border.

Northshire Bookstore | 6 pm

Maybe not quite an official meeting of the Saratoga Spiritualist Society, but it’s as close as you’re gonna get without knowing the code phrase! Whatever this bookly gathering might lack in occult conspiracies and interworldly machinations will be made up for with enthusiasm, sick puns, and stickers. :D

September 7, 2024

Find me at Little Ghosts Books in Toronto, ON on Saturday, September 7th from 1-3 pm, signing books, reading bits of HEREAFTER LIES: R.I.P. and A’ing some Q’s—possibly toting possessed raccoon stickers (how I do).

Indie Book & Comic Expo?!

September 28, 2024

The Shirt Factory | 10 am - 5 pm

The books? Stacked.

My signing pen? Inked and sanitized.

Me? Irresponsibly caffeinated and very awkward but also well moisturized and reasonably kempt.

The vibes? Immaculate.

*Spoopy wavy arms* come fiIIiIiiiind meeeEEeeEEEeee @ THE INDIE BOOK & COMIC EXPO on Saturday, September 28th from 10 am - 5 pm at THE SHIRT FACTORY (71 Lawrence St , Glens Falls, NY 12801)—hosted by Black Walnut Books and Beldame Books.

Genre Fiction Panel Discussion Rockhill Bakehouse | 4 pm

“How Genre Fiction Tells Our Most Interesting Stories”

Local augurs suggest that some cool cats—Jack Jackal, John Langan, J.T. McGee, Dennis Mahoney—and I will be participating in a panel discussion on GENRE FICTION tells our bestest most interesting stories at 4 PM, in the eminently awesome and distressingly delicious ROCK HILL BAKE HOUSE. And—if I can stop shoveling chocolate cherry bread into my face-hole—I might even say things! Hopefully, I’ll be able to give fantasy and horror their just desserts—or at yeast the old college trifle 😎🍪🥐🥧 If I could turn this off these half-baked dad jokes, I probably wouldn’t; I am unrepuntant.

For me.

And parasols. Like, at least four parasols.
